I like this one a lot! You did a great job with her colors and I am in awe of how quickly you've progressed. The shading on the head is just lovely and those front legs are like perfect no joke.

That being said, I feel your mane and tail is very flat colored. There's no shine to it or shadow (as hair isn't always shiny), the mane and tail also looked placed on the horse, rather than a part of it. Not sure how to remedy that though o_O The wings are also kinda flat looking, no shadowing to them so much - I have no tips for you here though as I fail at wings myself. You did a good job getting realistic wing shape though, a lot of people forget wings need to bend and have joints and such so they look very flat and triangular

I'll admit; I get impatient easily xD Along with this comes laziness. I think that's mainly to blame for my lack of 'luster' in suchs things as hair and wings. i'm always looking for the easy way out. But when it comes to the actual painting of the horse, I can sit there and work on it for hours O.o I guess i get frustrated with fruitless attempts to create pretty hair, because, frankly, I suck at it, and so settle for a lower quality. As for the wings, well, I was following a tutorial but kinda skipped a couple steps xD They coulda looked a ton better, but my laziness/fatigue got to me. I think all the little tiny feathers are what did me in :/
